In response to a directive from The Brotherhood of St Laurence’s financial auditors, the management at Modstyle has reviewed our trading terms.

The review has focused on standardising our procedures and practices to bring them into line with the auditor’s recommendations. The new terms will be effective from July 1st 2010.

The key change is that all goods to be returned will now have a Goods Return Authority (GRA) number issued before the return can be accepted. If you require a GRA, please call 1800 338 812 and speak to one of our customer service representatives, or alternatively, speak directly with your Territory Manager

Another change is that certain credit cards such as American Express, Diners and UCB will now attract a service fee. The complete terms and conditions can be downloaded from the link below. You can also call 1800 338 812 and a copy can be sent to you.
